Pros
That's what happens when you have a rookie buying cookware.
This is a medium heavy pan, and the finish is gorgeous. It is much more durable, and also stronger, and less prone to scratches. It evenly conducts heat and is very sturdy. This pan even cleans up easily.
This pan is superb! It reminds me of my youth. What an awesome bundt pan this is!
This pan is of highest quality manufacture. It is the best investment you can make if you love to bake bundt cakes.
Non-stick coating makes uneventful presentation much easier. I'm glad to see that nordic ware is still around. I inherited one of nordic ware's original bundt pan, (not nonstick) which i think is aluminum & this one is better.
Cons
It's too bad nordic doesn't have better quality control as i was trying to buy american made. And nordic ware customer service say that is normal?
