Pros
Good for bacon, though a little small (our mw has a 14 rotating platter) works excellent for 4 pieces of bacon.
We wash it regularly in the dishwasher -- but our dishwasher does not use a heating element for drying. We hate greasy bacon and a paper towel in this sure makes our great bacon. The * on this makes it so easy to clean.
The bacon does kind of fry to the tray so it can take some scrubbing to clean. You have to be careful on positioning or the bacon hangs into the drip area. The vent naturally, also holds condensation and drips quite a bit when lifting off.
Cons
The lid isn't that stable on the tray. It gets wobbly making it a challenge to hold on to the lid and tray as a unit when removing it from the microwave. The grease has no where to drain off.
Nordicware quality control is shoddy at best. Since i was away and didn't get to try it sooner, i missed my return opportunity.

They are very good quality and last seemingly forever.
No greasy mess anymore on my stovetop frying in pan and grease splattering everywhere!
Otherwise it is a quality product, sturdy, well made.

It's a great value for the abuse it takes

I tried other brands but finally got a nordic ware because it should last a long time.

No splattering in microwave…bacon grease stays in bottom and has that funnellike center that you can pour easily into your bacon grease container for other uses

They had a product years ago without a cover but about 23 inches longer
