Pros
This solves that problem. You have one chance to get this pressed in as much as you can before lifting. This is so much easier than trying to affix foil around the edges.
Works great for decorating pie crust. Cooked 2 pies and crusts were great. Place dough on top and roll.
Cons
Tried light scour pad but did not help. Not worth the effort. Downgraded my rating.

It fits very awkwardly over a 9. They are difficult to mesh together and uneven. The sides are too deep.

When i press down as hard as i could it did not cut all the way through the pastry and so i had to finish it off with my knife to go all the way through which was a huge pain
