Buyer beware. I feel that it was a sort of bait without any inherent functionality. Nordictrack promotes a nice concept, but i am sure you can find cheaper and less headche prone options out in the marketplace.

The graphical user interface is glitchy. It generally takes two presses for the button to register. It takes nearly 2 minutes to load the programs every single time you turn the machine on.

This is very disappointing for a company with a reputation like nordictrack. The product was poorly made, lacks quality control and customer service is zero help. They make a * product and then sell you a * “hassle free’ service agreement.

Calls and emails, just go ignored. Contacted support 3 times. Today i call and am told that two days ago the warehouse received a bunch of these and they will ship out in about two weeks!
