Pros
The ifit platform can be annoying sometimes but there is a lot of good content in there. It is quiet, smooth and has great features including bluetooth and built in fans. Everyone in the house loves how much quieter it is than our old one.
Cons
No matter reboot or power off or unplug the power, it just freezes at start up screen. All * have slow response. The screen is basically just an old ipad. What a bummer.

I recommend not updating the treadmill because the updates can lock you out of accessing the android os that the screen uses
