Cons

Even 275lbs is overstated, with the max limit being about 250lbs. Two pictures show where the arm broke off and the incline bar broke as well. It squeaks so loudly that i can't even hear the tv over it. Replacing this tower section is expensive.

If you get past the chat bot and to a person they shut me down right away because she can't find the registration. They don’t seem to be in any hurry to resolve the issue.
