The only negative feedback i have is related to the shipping and communications related to this order.
Packaging/appearance
The machine is great love it the only reason it is not getting 5 stars is the ifit app and the tablet both are not great.
Competitiveness
Wanting to work more on our upper body & core we decided to invest in their fushion cst.
It comes with a ipad with personal trainers.
The training sessions included with ifit are a game changer.

Took me hours to get ahold of anyone nsd shipping to finally find out that out for delivery meant it was being delivered to their sorting facility not when it would come to me which was super misleading and cost me a vacation day from work since i had to be here to sign for delivery
