Sturdy, very well designed, and extremely practical. Great for grilling fish and vegetables. Works great to flip the whole fillet on the grill. Beautiful stainless steel.

I should think the body would be joined to the handle with rivets as opposed to tack welded

These regular spatulas are simply not wide enough which in turn leads to the fish filets breaking off at the middle or at the ends when frying on a regular skillet

Now being stainless steel may sound like it will scratch your nonstick pans without mercy this is not my experience
