Pros & Cons
Pros
This sifter gets the job done. Mixes all dry ingredients very well. It replaces a similar one my mom had for many years and that i also used. Great for every ingredient.
Cons
I was mislead by norpro's website and bought this. Feels very cheaply made. It's good that this sifter was cheap because it was a complete waste of money!
The handle hole is a bit large, so there is some potential for leakage. The wires only contact the mesh within a circle roughly 1/2 the diameter of the mesh basket. Flour leaks out both sides of the crank and does not just fall straight down.
Highlights
Quality
I'm notsurprised at the quality; amazon never fails.
I had bought a sifter with the squeeze handle.
Price
It was three times the cost of this one.
Packaging/appearance
Works well, but has some some gaps in the metal that causes ingredients to tumble out of the side.
