Pros & Cons
Pros
Durable, thick unyielding blades, only cavet is a cheap iron rod in the handle. This is the sturdiest i've had. I'm a big guy and brute at times and this has held up well.
Cons
It is flimsy and the blades very sooon bend into each other and are no longer evenly spaced. Makes it much harder to get the butter/flour mixed for pies, biscuits, etc.
