Pros

Pastry crimper works as stated. It does what it says, it crimps. Now to try to do my own ravioli.

Cons

This product is essentially a toy. After one use, it is now in the garbage. I am shocked at how any people have good reviews with this thing.

This crimper is very shoddily made. The cutting disc was stamped, leaving a burr on one edge and a flat not sharp cutting edge. In addition, its construction is rather flimsy.

Some dough got stuck in the crimps and the edges needed cleaned up when i was done.
