Pros & Cons
Pros
It has a good heft to it, but not overly so. Would highly recommend.
The grater is quite substantial so you can really push without deforming it. It's nice and flat and fits in the drawer along the side without taking up room. Actually heavier built than expected.
This and one finer replaces the awkward box grater. It's so much more sturdy and much easier to clean than my old six-sided knucklebuster.
Cons
This new 355 is in a bag labelled 354 course grater but what's in the bag is not a 354 but a 355. Very hard to use and keep it from slipping on you.
Highlights
Quality
It’s easy to clean and very sturdy
The item is made to be sturdy and will certainly give me years of use.
Thick metal so it doesn't bend with hard cheeses.
The handle is tapered the wrong way - it keeps trying to force its way out of your hands.
Price
You get what you pay for, so i am happy enough.
Packaging/appearance
The other one was smaller than it looked in the picture so i didn't even open the wrapping.
Competitiveness
Bought this as an addition to the 355 because the grating holes are slightly smaller.
