Cons
Thai is a very poor quality lettuce knife. It is very flimsy and bends easily. This knife just hacks at the head of lettuce and makes a mess. It's not durable & easy to bend.

Because they are plastic they don’t turn lettuce brown which is the number one reason to have one

You can slice a head of lettuce as thin as you want
