Pros
Three times is the charm. Orig item #1 is very well made and nice weight. The dasher of item #2 is more closely aligned with the bowl of the scoop.
Cons
It only goes a little more than halfway. This is chinese junk that will not last. Wow, what a piece of junk.
The articulating blade on the inside of the scoop sits away from the scoop by about 1/4 so it's basically useless. It also skips the teeth and is worthless. Was not a norpro brand scoop.

First off, these seem to be very well made and all stainless still.
High quality and easy to use and clean.
We intend on keeping these though because they are so well made.
This is made nicely and more sturdy than the one i had that broke.
Shipping
Super fast shipping and the quality is outstanding.
Competitiveness
After trying a couple other brands of cookie scoops, this is the only brand i will purchase.
Just as good as any other cookie scoop i've used.
I have stayed with norpro as a brand after trying other brand scoops.
Other brands i have tried you have to squeeze four, five, six times or more.

We order the 3 tablespoon and 4 tablespoon scoops

The 3 tablespoon scoop only actually holds 2 tablespoons and the 4 tablespoon scoop only holds 3 tablespoons

We noticed that they appeared to be smaller on arrival than some scoops of the same size that we already owned
