Pros
The new scoop is solidly built, appears to be flawless. It seems durable and of good quality. Seems to work quite well and is sturdy.
Great for scooping cookie dough and even meatballs with the larger ones. Works great for scoopinlg thick ganaches, which stymies so many other scoops. It scoops the perfect amount of meat and makes it a breeze to make meatballs.
Cons
It helps a little, but it's disappointing. I'm very disappointed in this product and it has turned me off of this brand. Beware all future customers.

I cannot use it for what i was hoping for, however i am very pleased with the product and can use it for other needs.
Packaging/appearance
Love this for quickiy getting cookie dough on the baking sheet!
The first thing i did when i received it was look at the back of the packaging to double check that it was indeed a two tablespoon scooper.
It didn't say it was dishwasher safe on the packaging but that would have been better if it were.
The back of the packaging confirmed that it was exactly what i ordered .

I was looking for a two tablespoon cookie scooper and was hesitating on buying this one based solely on some of the reviews that indicated they didnt receive a two tablespoon scooper

All others break with chilled dough are difficult to use or the button to push the dough out slips off the track
