Pros

Cookware and can be used in my pressure cooker. Fit perfectly in my 8qt pressure cooker for cheesecake. The seal is perfectly tight around the removable bottom allowing me to skip the step of wrapping the pan in foil before baking.

It is substantial but not too heavy. Easy to clean and remove baked item. Great for baking cakes. It cleans up well, too!

Cons

The bottom of the pan is flimsy and not at all secure when you lock it in to the top mold. If you don't get it right, the batter oozes out the bottom. Both pans were prepped exactly the same; brushed with melted butter.
