The insert wipes clean or can go in the dishwasher. Seems to be sturdy.

Great for eggs for muffin sandwichs. Create all kinds of egg delights.

This pan fits in almost any skillet with a lid. It makes great poached eggs, but i wouldn't call this a non-stick pan. It fits perfectly in my 8 1/2 inch stainless fry pan for my induction stove.

This egg poacher takes a considerably long time to poach the eggs which then turn out rubbery. The eggs themselves end up fried/steamed and not poached. It's better than the silicon oacher but not by much.

I hope they can replace it or refund me otherwise it is like throwing 20 usd in the trash bin.

After 4 uses it started peeling off all the non stick surface. Now has rust spots in some of the egg wells and a lot of rust under the rim. This insert is no different than my old metal one with no non-stick coating.
