Pros

This stand/protector is perfect for my needs. It is lightweight, easy to store and excellent qualitiy. Very pleased with this product.

I love how wide it is so that it covers all but the largest of books and keeps them clean no matter how much i splatter. The holder is a little flexible and can expand to fit a thick book. Due toit's flexibility fits books of various sizes snugly.

It keeps the cookbook clean while you're cooking, in addition to feeding up counter space.

It's so simple, but works so well and cleans up in a jiffy. It has no wood so easier to clean and keep prestine. It wipes clean easily.

Cons

Non adjustable design makes this very awkward to use. Also, the angle is way off.

I am obsessed with this product but it is unfortunately at a poor angle if you plan to keep it on your counter to read from while cooking.

After 3 moves it got cracked and not useable.
