I had plastic ones before and they cracked and broke.
They are concave enough to hold the corn without pushing butter over the side.
They are thick and don't break when you drop them in the sink (voice of experience).
Only drawback is that it is glass so can break, but i like glass better than plastic.

They are okay but they are short and bifurcated

I think a better design are those with a single unbifurcated flat spear because it makes it easier to insert while still preventing rotation of the corn

I might still just stick forks in the ends of the corn cob and use the great glass dishes

Glass dishes inside were broken and item had to be returned for replacement like for like
