Pros

I trust norpro products and this did not disappoint me. Great replacement for a nearly identical gizmo.

I'm sure one of my siblings got it when we sold the family home. It beats eggs like a dream! This one is perfect. Old school- love it.

It feels sturdy, works smoothly, and cleans easily. Not wobbly. Easy to crank, cleans up well.

Cons

This item is almost useless. It locks up every time you use it. Have tried to scramble eggs with it 3 times and have given up on it. Will not turn smoothly. Requires a jerking motion to start spinning.

It is like something i would expect from a siberian factory from the mid 50's. But considering that it also feels very cheaply built i am not confident about it's lifespan.

I suspect these plastic parts are pop-ons on the top handle.
