Pros

This fat separator works flawlessly. I make broth a couple times a week, more in the cooler months. My only complaint is how challenging it is to get all of the grease out of the spout.

Cons

This item is made from very thin and brittle glass. This happens as the spout is more than 1 inch above the bottom. It's glass with a long skinny spout, but it is insanely fragile.

This is exactly what i wanted, and it's a quality product.

It's a very nice quality kitchen item.

I am pretty happy with the quality of this, it seems fragile to hold but is tougher than it looks.

However, the glass wasn't nearly as thin as i thought it might be, and if handled with the care it deserves, it should last years.

Packaging/appearance

My only complaint is how challenging it is to get all of the grease out of the spout.

It's nice to have the strainer too.

Packaging was perfect, it was bundled tight so it didn't break and delivery was prompt!

I ended up buying a special scrubbing wand thing that could get down into the spout.
