Quality
Took off one star because the hole is a little too small, but warm water in the base helps a lot with the flow.
For an occasional honey user i would just go with the honey container itself.
Wish that the top handle area was better quality.
Price
Works well, would prefer metal to plastic parts but then the price would be higher!
Packaging/appearance
Gets clogged up when the syrup is really cold but passing it under hot water or poking it through the hole fix the problem!
Competitiveness
No leaks,not all that easy to fill, a bit akward & it could be a little bigger.

The thumb handle snapped in two on our first unit after almost 2 years of use

You have to somehow plug the hole at the bottom likely with your finger and at the same time twist the lid off
