The blade is razor sharp, but there is a slight resistance out of not having release groves on the blade. Later rounded out a complete set of kleve knives one at a time.

Cons

It's pretty heavy and thick and while it's sharp, it's not as sharp as some others knives i've tried.

Price

I would recommend these knives to anyone for the price.

The bottom line is, these are great knifes for the price.

I am just now finding out its $12, and i am shocked.

I've paid the big buck for the henckels and the wusthofs yet i keep coming back to this norpro kleve.

Competitiveness

I think these to be as good as much higher priced german units.

I have other much more expensive knives and this one is just as good, if not better.
