The nonstick surface works well and cooks well though there is a small seam around each of the miniloafs where food can get stuck making it more difficult to clean there

I never trust this sort of thing to the dishwasher im not sure if it is supposed to be able to be washed in the dishwasher but i took no chances

Each loaf was perfect and golden brown each of the mini bread loafs just popped out so easy

At first i thought maybe it was just a visual trick and maybe i had been turning my head when the tray appeared to bend

But no once heated in the oven it bent
