Pros
The large size makes food prep, dicing multiple veges. It fits a 15lb brisket just fine. Using it on a countertop, it is perfectly ok.
Thick, easy to handle, and fits in the dishwasher. Groove is nice for keeping juices from spilling onto counter. The bag and everything is washable, except for the very thin particle board that supports the bottom.
Cons
The juice well barely holds anything and the plastic flexes easily. After the first use, the board is almost not usable due to the deep grooves.

Thick, good quality and does not move around when using it.
Provides very adequate work surface and the light texturing helps grip whatever you are cutting.
Tex is not so extreme as to capture food particles or discoloring liquids.
So i put my thinking cap on, and *light on* a cutting board!
