Pros

Norpro roasting rack fits in any pan or dish. Holds large roast. Perfect for steaming in a slow cooker, or as a trivet.

They are thicker and more durable than i expected. Easy to rinse off and wash.

Great size and shape. Very pleased with this purchase. Would purchase again.

They work wonderfully. This fits the bill and doesn't break the bank. This definitely comes in handy.

No more scrubbing and peeling off bits of the non-stick finish on the metal racks. Place racks in warm soapy water immediately after cooking.

Cons

The silicone rack frustrates me. Pulling these things out of the cupboard is an exercise in disgust.

This item soaks up oil from meat which then leaches out over time. Running them in the dishwasher is a horrible mistake. They absorb oil and grease from the food, and then leak it out.
