Pros & Cons
Pros
Since it is stainless steel, it is easy to clean, and doesn't tarnish. It makes 5 poached eggs, which is convenient. Glass lid makes it easy to check on the progress of the cooking without lifting the lid.
Stainless removable cups are great. Crank up the heat to get more steam in there and more even cooking.
She rubs each egg holder with olive oil and they come right out. Swirl the butter in the cup so the entire cup is coated. It's much easier than swirling butter or oil.
Cons
A steam escape hole is between each of pair of poaching cups. The handle is too hot and an oven mitt is too bulky to grasp the knob smoothly.

Mostly the eggs come out easily but there is always some residual and it is a pain to scrub out the cups
