One note if you plan to use it for hot oil fondue i suggest you heat the oil peanut is best for its high smoke point in the pot itself on the oven starting with a low flame and after about ten minutes cranking up to high

Good product easy to use keeps cheese warm only noticed opening on alcohol sterno area should be a bit smaller burned bottom of cheese even on low

That would have come right off durning the first seasoning cycle and wouldnt have ruined your dinner
