Pros

Freshly milled wheat bread won't get as massive as white flour loaves. Perfect for banana bread &meatloaf. Roasted, sliced jalapenos, banana bread, and yes… fresh bread.

This is the last pan i had to buy to have only stainless steel in my baking equipment. I use this with the parchment paper on one and without on the other as i bought two and both of them worked out just fine. It conducts heats well for baking.

The pan is sturdy and easy to clean. Clean up easily after soaking. It’s evenly easy to get out of the pan.

The silicone pans are nice, but they are too flexible and the sides swell out with the rising dough, making my loaves flat and wide.

These small pans are big on quality!
