Pros & Cons

Well polished and machined. Very sturdy. Can't beat stainless steel. They withstand the weather.
The quality reminds me of the stainless steel baking pans i've been using over 30 years and still look like new. My crusts come out nice and crisp and brown. I love this for pies because it helps bake the crust evenly.
Cons
I'm mystified as to why these pans were the cooks illustrated pick. For a 40 billion dollar company this is shameful.
Highlights
Quality
Well made and heavy without being too heavy.
I like this product very much, good sturdy pie pans made of stainless steel.
The foil never has to touch the crust and most importantly the foil stays put.
It doesn't get scratched up when cutting the pie, and it washes up like new.
Price
Just a great pan for the price.
Well worth the money in my pie making book.
Shipping
I ordered them and they came in incredibly fast.
It arrived on time and did the job very well.
The pan arrived three days before thanksgiving and the bottom wasn't totally flat.
Competitiveness
I liked the look of these pan and was familiar with the norpro brand.
