Pros

A great tool to get the big turkey from the roaster. Perfect for roast chicken, ribs, or turkey. No problem lifting a 20+ lb.

Nice rubberized grips with heavy metal forks. So far has been a flawless tool for me. I love using one of them when carving large birds.

They seem well-made and i have no concerns about needing to replace them. I highly recommend them and they are stainless steel which i like.

The are sturdy and do not bend. They're made really well, very sturdy. They are extremely sturdy and well worth the price.

Great value for a great product. Did as advertised. Was more heavy duty than expected. Would recommend it to everyone.

Cons

If your turkey is big, there's just not enough leverage here to lift it. Apparently i just keep hoping these will work because when i organized my drawers recently, i found another set of the same thing way in the back.

For whatever reason did not put a strain on the wrists and forearms like the long forks did

Getting the turkey on the carving board would have been interesting without these

Use heavy kitchen string tie the string in a circle bigger around than your roasting pan with the sides of the circle together so you have a double string longer than your turkey tie knots in two places a little more than 13 of the way in from each end of the circle

When the bird is done just grab the ends of the loops and if youve positioned the knots right under the wings and legs of the bird its so very easy to just lift it out of the pan
