Alas unless i double knot tie them firmly they will come untied multiple times during an hour of snowblowing the driveway

My driveway is up the hill and about 40° steep so it is very slippery to do any work when there is snow

I believe i got a good 20 years or so out of the former boot pictured on the right but sadly they are finally cracking and crumbling to their demise
