Pros & Cons
Pros
Wide and they fit snug but not tight on my foot. Even with two pairs of wool socks there’s plenty of room. True to size w room for heavy socks. There are conflicting reviews where buyers claim the same snow boots' fit is either too big or too small.
Sustained winds are at 25 mph with gusts to 50 mph. Will probably need toe warmers on sled when under 10 degrees with windchill. Not just for winter snow and ice but also during the spring's mud, slush and standing water.
Being able to navigate on foot through snowy conditions is very important to me. Traction is a definite plus for these nortiv's. I hope other shoppers find my observations useful in their purchasing decisions.
Cons
They are awful. Rather than being correctly molded to the leg, ankle and foot of the human anatomy, they're essentially an l shape. The insoles are not smooth or even. The shoes is waterproof, but it is not a waterproof shoes.
Bought these on 12/24/22, ripped on 2/1/22. Returned and refunded. Longevity of these boots is questionable.
Highlights
Quality
I am very pleased with the price, and quality of the boots.
Haven't used the boots in any severe snow conditions as of yet, but i'm incredibly impressed with the quality of the boot out of the box.
