Pros
The only suggestion i would have for nortiv is to add a little more padding on the sole. My only complaints are that it has taken a few days to find the right position to place the tongue so that the sides don't pinch my ankle.
Cons
The tongue is very thin and cheaply made. The worst thing is what happened after the first time they got soaked. When you return them you have to find a store to do so. Then when you receive your refund they give it to you in a gift card.
The sole is great, the sizing is just about right, the execution and design of collar and lacing is poor at best. The right insole under the heel feels ok but the left insole feels like it has a flat tire.

These are well made, sturdy with a good sole and toe.
These boots are well made and a great fit.
I fully expected these boots to “ fail” their inaugural hike and need to be returned.
Many of my previous hikers fell apart as a result of sole adhesives letting go.
Price
Priced good and worked perfectly for what i needed.
Gotta admit, the price was attractive too.
I would pay $120 for these boots.
Plus they are less than half price!
Shipping
They came the next day and included an extra set of laces, which is a nice touch.
Competitiveness
Over the years i’ve worn out many different brands of hiking boots, some, of course, better than others.
Decent support, good traction, no leaks, and overall better than some much bigger name brands i've spent more on.
You can buy 3 pair of these, or one pair of the "other brand".
Literally half to a third less than my favorite brand.

Wish there was arch support but i might be able to add that my feet are flat and that might be beneficial for a long hike

I often go hiking in my local area and many times the terrain is wet and rough and i needed a pair of hiking boots so i didnt mess up my running shoes

They lace up tight keeping water and dirt out from above and are only ankle high so i dont need long socks
