I was optimistic about these from the start with the low price, but i found out otherwise.

Compared to the hikers these replaced that were leather and cost 3x as much, i am very impressed with these.
Overall extremely comparable to keen without the high cost, will update if the sole holds up better than the notoriously flimsy keen.

Ive examined for external damage resulting from a brush with something sharp nail stick cactus spine but cant see anything obvious to the naked eye

The treads are nice sticky to most surfaces ive tested them on even shoreline rocks slick with algae and some icy patches
