Pros

Leather insole with a foam heel cup design is great for comfort and support. The heel cushion is very springy and helps your feet recover from days where you are always on your feet. The traction is really good too, even on slippery surfaces.

These boots look heavy but are rather lightweight. They feel 1/3 the weight of my other lightweight boots. They compare very well with the similar bates boot. These boots are extremely well made and tough.

Nortiv 8 breathable work boots are well stitched with a side zipper for easy take off and put on. Overall feeling of nortiv8 is pretty similar to under armor valsetz. These breathable, tactical, military work boots are high quality.

The boot is lightweight and fits my foot like a glove! These are a taller boot which is something i will need to get used to. Features like a side zipper for easy on and off, breathable materials, and a lightweight design.
