Pros

Boots are very comfortable and really keeps my feet warm. They aren’t heavy at all but feel extremely protected for your feet. I wear a size 10 medium, and that’s what i ordered and what i received.

Laces are long and allow for an extra knot for a good hold during the day. Very comfortable and snug. Also like the rubbery surface it has.

Cons

Manufacturer, please stop ignoring your customers questions. Tried to return but said only able to return after a month. T tried to bend it outward to no avail. Read reviews prior to ordering.
