Pros & Cons
Pros
This boot is much heavier due to the insulation, waterproof construction and the boot goes a few inches higher past the ankle. Some of them are on the pricey side, but these are now my “go-to’ boots.
The insole is padded, the outsole has a good smooth rubber. As far as durability for 65$ remains to be seen. Also like the rubbery surface it has and it seems not to get scratch marks as easily.
They were worn for driving. They are roomy enough to accommodate a thick socks. They lace up great without all that extra lace.
Cons
The grip is very poor. You need to wear woolen socks to make it work. The shoe is very heavy and it does not have a really good arch support.
