Pros
Shoes are lightweight and have great cushion around ankle area. Good heel cushion and support, excellent grip and ankle support. Footwear is made well, appears to be made well.
They're a bit tough to lace up. It takes some serious yanking on the laces to get these to tighten, but it gets a bit easier as they break in. Certainly beats having to tie the lace every time.
Usually buy under amour or 5. Superior to all named brand at the fraction of cost. I plan to buy again whenever the need arises. Would consider buying another pair as backup.
The zipper is handy for quick on and off, despite feeling a bit gimmicky. It isn't a novelty zipper as is found on some boot brands, it functions well and has purpose.
Picked up these boots and have been pretty satisfied so far. Overall, they're a decent pair of boots for the price you're paying.
Cons
Boots are comfortable but the lack of care for costumers is painfull. The rubber is just black with thin coating of brown over it. This kind of durability is not worth the money.

I bought these boats not having much expectations, being that these boots are under $100, but boy was i wrong.
But for under $100, they're a good deal for casual or light-duty use.

I had never heard of nortiv before, but the box looked like a legit boot box from a well established company.

Its tactical aspect puts this brand to compete against the best brands at the level of police and security forces!

Overall, i found these to be a very good pair of hiking boots that cost far less than a comparable pair from rei.
