Pros & Cons
Pros
The sole wear is very impressive, there is still good tread left. I've hiked and walked hundreds of miles during my ownership. They still grip sketchy terrain very well. And my feet in them makes my feet feel 20yes younger as i'm 52 yrs old.
Cons
Leather is of poor quality, and doesn't offer protection against much of anything. These are a waste of money and i no longer suggest purchasing redwings instead i whole heart3dly advocate for you to buy them over these. Just do not purchase you will ... Read More
There is a large split in the outsole on the bottom of my foot, so whenever i have to go outside, my feet inevitably get completely soaked from just the morning dew on the grass. It soaks up moisture like a bath sponge.
The glue or what ever was supposed to bind the insole to the shoe is non exciting. Very little padding in the sole. No cushioning whatsoever.
Highlights
Quality
My husband was happy with the product.
Great boot and quality for the price.
There are big brand boots that have less to offer and lower quality control.
Made in china but the quality seems to be there.
Price
Like everything about them for a great price
Competitiveness
So i’m guessing a 5-star review for these!
