Pros

Great boot for work, hiking, or casual with jeans. Sole has good traction.

I use a kiwi polisher and a horsehair brush. Very durable and comfortable. Great for construction workers.

Cons

Did not give at all. Never softened up. Sellers false claim. The hassle of returning is too much. Replaced because of the noise.

The shoe is not slip resistant! No flex in the material at all.

The heel of the boot is not solid, it is like a cell division that just sinks when exposed. The sole can be folded and had no protection for the heel/ankle.
