Pros
The ankle has nice cushion that supports me and protects my tender points from too much pressure. Great cushion and treads that grip.
I think they will look better as they age, and the brightness of the white gets more mellow. Nice packaging. I love the simplistic design and the colors are great!
These are waterproof boots. They are waterproof, making them useful on wet trails and while shoveling snow. First run over eight miles of mountainous, muddy, wet terrain.
They're really lightweight for their size, and comfortable right out of the box. They're comfortable, lightweight, and seem durable. The combination of premium leather and oxford fabric makes them incredibly sturdy without sacrificing comfort.

These are not even a little bit waterproof. Just stole my money.

Price
For the price these are descent boots.
They're a good bargain, especially if you like the somewhat.

Received a few days ago , today took a five mile hike.
I was able to try them on when i received them.
Packaging/appearance
They're advertized as genuine leather, and although out of the box the uppers look like plastic, they smell like genuine steerhide.
Competitiveness
In terms of price they truly are a great value, any competitor boot is easily twice as expensive.
This makes it much more waterproof than most other shoes that claim to be waterproof.
That being said, you're also getting these significantly cheaper than other high-end hikers.

However you might play harder knowing that if these do get trashed on a rocky climb then at least the replacement cost is low for anyone just trying to see if they like hiking

The breakin is happening gradually but there havent been any blisters or insole issues so far

The tread isnt as aggressive as some of my other hiking boots but its sufficient for light trails
