The removable inserts are very comfortable to me and arch support is good. I like the style, the stability they give when hiking and hopefully durability. Good stable footbed with a comfy insole.

Cons

Too big, clunky, uncomfortable, heavy. No arch support and very little sole cushion. These are not nearly as good or sturdy.
