Pros & Cons
Pros
The boots have metal hooks for lacing. The top two rows of eyelets are the quicklace clasps. There are some quick-lace eyelets at the top of the boot which make lacing up pretty easy.
They fit perfect and the sizing was spot-on. Toe box is abit narrow for wide feet but not uncomfortable. They tie snug on the rest of the boot so it’s really the toe box that is a little weird.
The heel provides a lot of bounce to your step. This forces you to walk properly and not on the outside of you foot or to one side of your heel. I like this for hiking as it keeps those spots on your feet and toes from rubbing wrong and causing sorene... Read More
The tread pattern is aggressive so it should provide good traction. The treads are very deep and give excellent traction. I'm glad that they have an anti slip factor, since with the fog here the walkways can get slippery and i don't want him to fall.
The orange design is really stylish. The craftsmanship seems very high on these. The colors are outstanding but the fit is better.
Cons
The shoe is not waterproof. Might spend your money on those cheap walmart or other shoes.

Price

Got these on sale for like $25.
Shipping

Competitiveness
Overall, great boot and it compared really well to a big name brand boot i was considering going with instead, glad i chose the notiv-8.
The $150 competitors used to do that but not anymore.
