Pros

The dark gray color with mauve laces looks sporty and nice. It is comfortable and lightweight.

Fit wise the length is perfect. Fit is accurate. Fit true-to-size with thick or thin socks.

The shoes are comfortable and lightweight. They provide plenty of support for more strenuous hiking. They're cute and the sizing seems to be spot on.

The nortiv 8 women's hiking shoes have an exceptionally deep tread, which should provide good grip on the trail. The thick sole is supportive and cushioning. The soles are firm, have good grip/ texture, and do not squeak on hard/smooth floors.

Cons

On my feet, it gives no arch support or impact support. The sole is very hard. I can't feel my foot at all.
