Pros & Cons
Pros
The norton im200 -8 three stone sharpening system is great. This sharpening system is perfect. Whetstone sharpening is the only way to get that perfect edge.
It is reasonably priced and good for commercial or even domestic use. I am so pleased with this purchase, and my husband stays up until the wee hours of the morning just playing with it.
The product is as expected. But the results are fantastic. Stones are amazing. Overall it’s a great product.
Cons
Stone assembly easily wobbles around when it is placed down into the cradle. Fine stone should be at least 600 grit to a 1000 grit. Tried calling their customer support number, but just got voicemail.

When i worked in the meat industry 19801989 all of the butchers sharpened their knives on a norton tristone… a big deal on the wrists all day cutting meat in a refrigerated room for 8 hours a day you want a knife that slices easily
