Great for beginners. I was gifted this book as an addition to nosh for students. It is compact and easy to use.
It takes into account that you might not be living with as much fridge/freezer space. Nosh also makes meal planning so much easier and saves me a lot of money.

My one minor quibble is they mention using liquid stock rather than stock cubes which seems to be some kind of concentrated product as the recipes will call for a teaspoon of liquid stock plus an amount of water but ive no idea what this product is called or where to find it
