Pros
The only downside is the quantity it can brew at a time. Does make good tea though and is aesthetically pleasing.
Hot brewed tea mixes with cold water in pitcher giving you 3 quarts of iced tea. Brews an exceptional picture of ice tea.
Game changer. Thick plastic that seems durable except for the handle.
The washable filter basket eliminates the need for paper filters. Never gets clogged now.
Cons
The carafe is paper thin and feels like one little bump in the sink, it's going to shatter. The steeping adjustment is chrome covered plastic. Beautiful color but extremely flimsy.
Very disappointing. Sad to be deceived. Totally, 100% misleading.
The pitcher also has a chip on the rim so therefore i wouldn't use it anyway.

My teamaker was delivered in 3 days and i put it to work today making 4 pitchers of tea.
Packaging/appearance
Stylish and mine came with a plastic pitcher but instruction booklet says "glass".
Competitiveness
I love that you can adjust the strength of the poor, i use less tea bags than the mr coffee brand one and it’s got more flavor!
