The lever when pulled down to dispense will often get stuck in position and you’re left grabbing for extra containers to catch the ice cream while you juggle to turn it off… it’s an “i love lucy” mess when it happens …but if you can handle it then go for it 😆

It doesnt drive us out of the kitchen but you might not want this running while you were making ice cream for your guest or for a kids birthday party

I purchased a refurbished unit and there were a couple of problems

The recipe book was missing and one of the bolts on the bottom probably one holding the compressor was different from the other bolts and had fallen off in shipment

This didnt give me a lot of confidence in whatever repair was originally done to it but everything worked out well i wouldnt buy it this way if you arent comfortable with a wrench and with minor repairs
