Makes nice, crispy, quesadillas. The pockets are amazing to put chicken chunks or steak in. It cooks it evenly.

The lid is flimsy. It gets to hot to close the quesadilla maker, the lid isn’t hinges wobble.

    The red plastic shell on the outside of the grill gets pretty hot so you might want to have oven mitts or pads handy

    I actually read the directions and it says to wipe down with a wet or moist paper towel before using so i did and i didnt notice any smoke or funny taste at all

    I guess if you put a extra cheese in a lot of ingredients that produce liquids youre going to have a little bit of a cleanup but i would think that would be expected
